To renovate and expand TCC's early care programming, adding 18 licensed childcare spots, increasing safety, and expanding accessibility for children, families, and staff.

To expand access for children with disabilities and other special/medical needs and their families through customized experiences; resources for caregivers, educators, and providers; and training for staff.

To create a video to raise awareness about the ways that all people, including young children, can engage in climate resiliency efforts.

To train a cohort of 40-50 youth and young adult leaders about climate resiliency and climate justice.

To provide high school youth with an exciting summer of community building, political education, and leadership development. (2-year grant)

To develop a toolkit for Clubhouse participants and mentors, as youth embark on their personalized, long-term plans for professional success. (2-year grant)

To build improvements in power efficiency for productions and incorporate the intersections of DEIA and sustainability that relate to the organization programming and operations.

To support a youth-led career readiness curriculum plan where the youth will decide what to say and how to say it and choose AV and activities to enhance their project management, teamwork and leadership skills.
