Liberty Visitor Interim Policy
All non-critical visitors to Liberty locations are restricted until April 4, 2022. This excludes on-site support contractors. Other decisions on what is defined as critical are at the discretion of the employee hosting the visitor. Critical visitors approved to attend meetings on site at a Liberty location must receive and review the below Visitor Guidelines.
COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Guidelines for Visitors to Liberty Mutual Insurance Office Locations
If you have visited any watchlist location (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/index.html), either personally or for business, or you think you have been exposed to the coronavirus., e.g., someone you live with recently traveled to a country on the watch list, we’d ask that you please not visit one of our locations for at least 14 days upon return.
- Please do not visit a Liberty Mutual location if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms (e.g., fever, chills, shortness of breath, fatigue, body aches or sore throat), even when just starting to feel sick.
- Stay vigilant and use proper coronavirus health and hygiene guidelines, including frequent hand washing, using alcohol-based hand sanitizers if soap and water are not available, covering a cough or sneeze with a tissue or into your elbow, and avoiding handshakes and touching your head or face with unwashed hands.
- We have implemented a global restriction on business travel for our employees and have encouraged the use of virtual meeting alternatives; Please connect with your Liberty Mutual contact to facilitate.

Existing Suppliers at Liberty Mutual
Liberty Mutual Insurance uses Ariba to manage transactions with suppliers for all goods and services. These transactions include ordering, receiving, invoice submission and approval. All Liberty Mutual suppliers must process purchasing transactions through Ariba (Ariba Supplier Network) unless identified as an exception. Suppliers will be responsible for any and all fees associated with transacting through Ariba. For additional information, visit Ariba supplier pricing information.
If you have created a Light Account on the Ariba Network and receive purchase orders from Liberty Mutual via an email, invoices should be submitted electronically to Liberty Mutual over the Ariba Network.
