BOSTON (Dec. 20, 2019) Liberty Mutual Insurance is proud to be recognized for a second time as a Best Workplace for Diversity by Fortune magazine and Great Place To Work. Liberty ranked No. 73 based on employee survey responses reflecting day-to-day workplace treatment experiences of women, under-represented races/ethnicities, LGBTQ+ people, employees who are Boomers or older, and people who have disabilities, comparing their survey results to their colleagues’ results at the same organizations. Great Place to Work’s responses on more than 60 survey questions represent more than 4.8 million employees in various organizations.
Liberty Mutual is also honored to have been named to PEOPLE magazine’s 2019 50 Companies That Care list for its diverse and inclusive workplace and philanthropic dedication to empowering individuals who are experiencing homelessness. Liberty ranked No. 37 on the list, which highlights the top U.S. companies that have succeeded in business while also demonstrating outstanding respect, care and concern for their employees.
