BOSTON (Sept. 24, 2026) – Liberty Mutual Insurance today announced that Shaun Sinniah will join the company as Head of Capital Solutions for Global Risk Solutions (GRS), effective September 28. Sinniah will report to GRS President Matthew Moore.
The newly created role supports GRS's strategy to strengthen the connection between its risk and capital capabilities. Sinniah will focus on developing new business opportunities and expanding how GRS deploys capital to create value for its customers and partners.

Sinniah brings deep industry expertise across reinsurance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development. He joins Liberty Mutual from Miller, where he most recently served as president of Reinsurance & Capital. Before Miller, he held senior leadership roles at Guy Carpenter and Willis Re and began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.
