BOSTON (March 20, 2026) – Liberty Mutual Insurance today announced the appointment of Ben Johnson as President, Ironshore, the standalone wholesale segment within its North America business.
Johnson joined Liberty Mutual in 2017 following its acquisition of Ironshore and has held senior underwriting, wholesale and retail roles across the organization. Most recently he served as President of Field Operations for Global Risk Solutions North America (GRS NA), where he drove strategic growth by enabling brokers to access Liberty Mutual’s broad suite of solutions.
