  • China - Liberty 利宝保险

    Liberty Mutual Insurance Group has had a presence in China since 1996 when it opened a Representative Office in Shanghai. In January 2004, the company received approval to open its first insurance branch office in Chongqing, positioning Liberty Mutual as the first foreign property and casualty insurer with a presence in western China. Since then it has established additional offices in other provinces around the country.

  • Hong Kong

    ​Liberty Mutual Insurance Group formed Liberty International Insurance Ltd. in 1999 through the merger of three local insurers. The company offers group health insurance, as well as personal auto and workers compensation, through a network of brokers and agents.

  • India - Liberty General Insurance

    ​In 2010, Liberty Mutual Insurance Group entered into a joint venture agreement with Videocon Industries to establish an insurance operation in India.  In 2013, Liberty General Insurance commenced operations, offering health insurance, motor insurance and travel insurance policies online.

  • Malaysia - Liberty Insurance

    Liberty Mutual Insurance Group completed the acquisition of Uni.Asia in 2014.  Now known as Liberty Insurance, the company will combine its local experience with Liberty's global expertise to take advantage of the growing Malaysian market.

  • Singapore - Liberty Insurance

    Liberty Mutual Insurance Group’s acquisition of Citystate Insurance in 1999 marked its first entry into the Asian market. The company offers both personal and commercial insurance products through agents and brokers.

  • Thailand - LMG Insurance

    Liberty Mutual Insurance Group entered the Thai market in 2000 with the acquisition of Narai International Insurance Company, a 26-year-old insurance company, and expanded further with the acquisition of Khoom Khao in 2003.

    ​Liberty Seguros operates under several brand names (Liberty Seguros, Génesis and Regal) and distributes its products through multiple channels, including intermediaries, institutional and bancassurance relationships, and affinity groups.   • Turkey - Liberty Sigorta
