Dr. Pransky, the Director of the Center for Disability Research at the Liberty Mutual Research Institute for Safety, was presented the award by Dr. Kathryn L. Mueller, President of ACOEM at the annual American Occupational Health Conference in Baltimore.
“The College would like to recognize Dr. Pransky for his help and influence in bringing disability prevention and management to the forefront as one of the most vital components of our specialty,” remarked Dr. Mueller. “As an international thought leader in this area, we commend him for the numerous articles he’s authored that have helped build an evidence base to inform our practice.”
