Domestic Violence Victims

If you are a policyholder or claimant, or their legal representative, and wish to notify us of your domestic violence protective order, you may contact our Presidential Service Team. Please use one of the methods of contact listed below. If you have new contact information you wish to provide for use when contacted by us, please include that information with your notice.

New York residents: Under New York law, insurance companies that receive a valid order of protection are required to protect the confidentiality of the victim and any child residing with the victim, as well as confidential information of a covered provider. This means that when a protective order is received, the insurance company cannot disclose any personal information about the victim to the individual against whom the order has been issued.
