The Leadership Series is an employer-only, focus group approach to the investigation of high-profile issues. Employer panelists meet with an audience of their peers to exchange ideas and experience. A post-session white paper, developed jointly by Liberty Mutual and Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC), is available following the conclusion of each Leadership Series (see below for past Leadership Series white papers).
