Graduate Internship Program

Experience a challenging assignment with Liberty Mutual's core business functions or corporate departments.  You'll be an integral part of a team, get hands-on experience, and contribute to the success of critical assignments. And equally important, you'll gain exposure to our corporate environment, products, and services through interaction with senior management and formal orientation programs.

Your assignments will evolve from a business need and give you the hands-on technical experience in process improvement or project management within our strategic business units, corporate departments or field operations.  Opportunities exist in Finance, Strategy, Project Management, Information Systems, Marketing, Underwriting, Human Resources and Investments.  The majority of the opportunities are based in Boston, however there are additional locations that accept interns based on business need.
