In our Technical Development Program, you’ll accelerate your career through hands-on experience applying technology to solve complex business requirements. In this rotational program, you’ll work with a team of professionals from peers to senior managers on high profile assignments and participate in complementary training.
Your experience will occur in three phases: PHASE Business Rotation
The Business Rotation portion of TDP provides participants experience using and analyzing IT products and services from an end-user perspective. Participants also learn about Liberty Mutual's core business functions.
PHASE Project & Technical Training
The Project and Technical Training portion of the program focuses on the fundamentals of application development and project management. TDP participants will work in teams to develop and deliver a software application that supports Liberty Mutual's business objectives.
PHASE The third phase of the program builds business, information technology and project management skills through rotations in the IT organization. These assignments will provide TDP employees with knowledge of how the IT organization supports the Liberty Mutual business units.
