Fellowship in Finance & Accounting

Liberty Mutual’s Fellowship in Finance and Accounting Program: a two-year fast track where you can launch your career in a dynamic organization renowned for its integrity with consistent growth.  In this rotational program, you’ll get these advantages:

• Eight month rotations in a variety of roles within various Corporate Finance departments such as Accounting, Internal Audit, Taxation, and Treasury, or our Strategic Business Units.
• Regular interactions with senior management, including quarterly updates with the CFO and regular meetings with a senior financial mentor. You’ll also have  and a buddy mentor; and
• On-going training and development - not only in matters regarding finance and accounting, but in professional and business skills from communications to  project management.

To ensure you have critical exposure to the business side, we also have job shadowing opportunities in claims, sales, underwriting and loss prevention.

Once you complete this program, you’ll be fully prepared to interview for positions within Liberty Mutual
