Corporate Development Program

 
Does a career in General Management, Finance or International Operations sound interesting to you? Do you have at least 3-4+ years of professional experience? If you answered yes to the questions above, consider Liberty Mutual’s Corporate Development Program (CDP) where you can build on your strengths, accelerate your career and take on immediate responsibility in strategic areas of a Fortune 100 business.
As a CDP, you will participate in an individualized rotational development program that gives you:
  • Broad experience through four, 6-month assignments across functional areas in field operations, strategic business units, or corporate departments.  Each role will build on your experience, interests and strengths.
    • In the general management program, these will be across functional areas in field operations, strategic business units, or corporate departments.  Each role will build on your experience, interests and strengths. 
    • In the finance track you will work in either our corporate departments or our business groups gaining hands on experience in our financial operations.
  • Immediate responsibility. Each assignment brings business value to Liberty Mutual.
  • Continuous interaction with your sponsor who ensures that each rotation consists of challenging, strategic assignments with a focus on individualized growth.
After the program, you and your sponsor will identify post-program opportunities at Liberty Mutual that will continue to challenge and develop you.
International opportunities are also available in China, Brazil, Colombia, Poland and Turkey. International assignments are based on business needs.
