Corporate Development Program

You attended one of the nation’s top graduate programs and you have interest in a general management career path. You have three to five years of professional experience. Now, there’s Liberty Mutual’s two-year Corporate Development Program (CDP) where you can build on your strengths, accelerate your career, and take on immediate responsibility in the strategic areas of the business.  As a CDP, you’ll engage in an individualized rotational development program that gives you these advantages:

  • Broad experience through four, 6-month cross-functional assignments in field operations, strategic business units, or corporate departments.  Each role will build on your experience, interests and strengths. 
  • Immediate up-front responsibility where every assignment brings enormous business value to Liberty Mutual. 
  • Continuous interaction with an executive sponsor who ensures that you secure challenging, strategic assignments with a focus on individualized growth.

After the program, you’ll work with your executive sponsor to identify appropriate markets, functions, departments, and career paths throughout Liberty Mutual that will continue to challenge and develop you.
