To encourage the prompt reporting of claims, a major factor in controlling their costs, we enable you to report a claim any time of the day or night, by fax or telephone. You can use this site to download a workers compensation claim form, locate the nearest claims office, find the closest medical provider through our Provider Referral Services, and even download “Stop Claims Fraud” posters in English and Spanish, as well as perform many other claims-related tasks.

We’ve developed a full complement of online educational resources and easy-to-use tools to help your workers live safer, more secure lives and, in the process, help you control loss. Our audit staff leads the insurance industry in the number of full-time professionals employed nationwide. During the audit, the auditor uses online reference guides to access exact rule wordings, which significantly reduces the number of disputes. The auditor’s ability to access both the reference guide and the audit worksheet also ensures a timely, accurate audit.
