Customer Service/Sales Support

Liberty Mutual Customer Service professionals are the key point of contact for our customers. In this role, you’ll interact with all types of customers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and supporting Liberty Mutual’s mission of “helping people live safer, more secure lives.” You’ll also work closely with colleagues in Customer Service, Sales, Claims, Loss Prevention and other departments.

Whether it’s helping customers from one of our call centers or meeting with them face-to-face at one of our local offices, integrity and superior customer focus is our primary goal. And we make it possible for you to provide superior service to every customer by giving you all the training and management support you’ll need.
