Commitment to Community

Each day, Liberty Mutual and our employees contribute time, energy and resources to the communities in which we live and work. Whether it’s donating to the United Way, hosting a child car safety seat demonstration at a local fair, or investing in communities through the Liberty Mutual Foundation, we all find a way to make a difference in some way.

Each year, thousands of Liberty Mutual employees volunteer their time and talents to programs and activities in their communities. They join local boards. They build homes. They dedicate hours to Community Care Days. The list goes on. Here are some of their stories:

Each year Liberty Mutual recognizes three employees who make significant and sustained volunteer contributions—outside of company-sponsored projects—to charitable organizations in their communities. The Chairman’s Award recipients can designate a $10,000 grant from the Liberty Mutual Foundation to the charitable organization of their choice.   Learn about this years honorees
