Don, Manager, Business Systems Projects

As a Business Systems Projects Manager Don, helps Liberty Mutual envision and execute future technology initiatives that enhance our ability to service our customers.  Outside of his role at Liberty Mutual, Don has volunteered hundreds of hours and filled a number of roles assisting the Special Olympics of New Hampshire. For each competition, he fulfills coaching duties, as well as coordination of registrations, meals and event schedules. A risk manager by trade, Don also offers transportation and logistical advice that makes the Special Olympics safer for athletes and families.

Al,  Loss Prevention Consultant

As a Loss Prevention Consultant Al truly does ‘help people live safer more secure lives’. He spends much of his time visiting customers and providing consultation to improve safety and control their risk of insured loss. Outside his role as a Loss Prevention Consultant, for the last 16 years, Al has volunteered with Rebuild Together, an organization that helps low-income homeowners repair and maintain their houses. In that time, he has progressively taken on more responsibility—acting as a member of the organization’s steering committee, a team captain supervising all aspects of construction projects, and a technical consultant to other teams. Since Katrina, Al’s role with Rebuild Together has expanded to include revitalization of New Orleans schools.

Cynthia,  Customer Service Representative

Cynthia is the face of Liberty Mutual to hundreds of customers and provides the guidance and support they need to navigate their insurance. Outside her duties as a Customer Service Representative in one of Liberty Mutual’s four call centers, Cynthia has become an outstanding mentor with the Foundation for Burns and Trauma, an organization that helps children cope with the lasting scars of serious burns. Each summer she volunteers as a counselor at “Camp Courage”--which supports young burn survivors struggling with physical, social and self-image challenges. She also promotes this cause throughout most of the year with an informational booth at Arizona Cardinal home games.
