Boston's 4th of July on the Esplanade

Boston
Liberty Mutual Insurance is proud to be the official sponsor of the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular, America's premier Independence Day celebration. Please join us on July 4th, 2013, as Boston Pops conductor Keith Lockhart leads America in celebrating its birthday, joined by Boston/New England performers including Grammy-winner Susan Tedeschi, singer/songwriter Howie Day, national recording artist Ayla Brown, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Ellis Hall, and the Tanglewood Festival Chorus.

Those joining the fun from home can watch the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular live on CBS Boston’s WBZ-TV from 7 - 10 p.m. EST. Courtesy of Liberty Mutual Insurance's sponsorship, the entire concert will be broadcast in high definition (HD) and the final 20 minutes of the broadcast, featuring the dazzling fireworks display, will be presented commercial-free.

Produced by Boston 4 Productions, The Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular is a free outdoor concert and 40-year tradition, drawing more than 500,000 concertgoers to Boston's historic Charles River Esplanade. Worth noting, approximately one-third of the concert's attendees are tourists from outside New England, who come to celebrate and enjoy Boston as a summer destination.

Liberty Mutual Insurance, which first began its sponsorship of The Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular in 2005, announced it would renew its sponsorship of the nationally-acclaimed event, through 2015.

Thank you for visiting this page and we hope you have wonderful Fourth of July. Please note that there will not be a Bring Back the 4th contest in 2013. For more details on the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular, visit http://www.July4th.org.
